The Workplace Harassment and Mediation Protocol created a Workplace Harassment and Mediation Committee that adopts mechanisms for prevention and mediation, and action in situations of workplace harassment, and asks Europamundo employees to adopt attitudes based on the ethical principles of non-discrimination, dignified treatment and respect for the integrity of colleagues, subordinates, superiors and customers. Both the Management and the entire workforce are jointly involved, also guaranteeing the sustainability, competitiveness and growth of EMV.
