Good Practices Comittee and the Europamundo Ethical Code

It is a consultative, permanent body for observation, advice and information gathering that will ensure compliance with and non-violation of the Manual of Good Practices and Code of Ethics, being executive after informing Management, and provided that it does not entail significant costs for the company, does not alter the working conditions of employees or goes against the company’s policy and strategy. In these cases, the Committee shall provide Management with the necessary information, proposals, recommendations and suggestions that it deems appropriate and that facilitate the decision-making process regarding the measures to be adopted.

The Committee shall be composed of 9 members, being Europa Mundo employees from the Madrid office, regardless of their position, function or responsibility, and shall be made up of 6 Employees and 3 Managers; of these 3 managers, 2 shall be freely chosen and the third shall be chosen from among 3 proposed by Management.

The Committee shall be appointed by direct election of all the staff of the Madrid office every 2 years by means of a secret ballot with a list of the candidates presented.
